By accessing or using Laabam.Shop ("the Platform"), operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Laabam.Shop.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
2. About Laabam.Shop
Laabam.Shop is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers with independent third-party sellers across India. The Platform provides:

Verified sellers with ratings and reviews
Secure Checkout
Razorpay-powered UPI, cards, net banking
Order Management
Track orders, manage returns, and get support
Seller Dashboard
Tools for sellers to list, manage, and grow
GST Invoicing
Automatic CGST/SGST/IGST invoice generation
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. User Accounts
Account Required
You must create an account to buy or sell on the Platform. Browsing is available without an account, but all transactions require authentication.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including name, email, and phone number.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
One Account Per Person
A single person or legal entity may not create or maintain multiple buyer accounts.
Authentication Methods
Accounts can be created via email/password or social login (Google). You may update your profile from account settings.
5. Marketplace Model
Laabam.Shop is a marketplace platform and not the seller of products listed on the Platform.
ℹ️ Note
Each product listing is created by an independent third-party seller who is solely responsible for the product's description, quality, pricing, legality, and fulfilment. Laabam.Shop facilitates the transaction but does not own, stock, or ship the products.
- •Sellers set their own prices, shipping methods, and return policies within Platform guidelines.
- •Platform commission is deducted from each sale as per the seller's plan tier.
- •We verify sellers before approval but cannot guarantee every product listing.
6. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
Sellers determine product prices. We display MRP and selling price. Price changes after order placement do not affect confirmed orders.
Cash on Delivery may be available depending on the seller, product, and delivery location.
Payment information is handled by Razorpay and never stored on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.
7. Cancellations & Returns
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on most products. Key points:
- ✓ Cancel before shipment for a full refund.
- ✓ Return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- ✓ Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
- △ Some categories (innerwear, perishable goods) may have different return terms.
- △ Seller-specific return policies apply where mentioned on the product page.

8. Seller Obligations
Sellers on Laabam.Shop must comply with:
Legal Compliance
All applicable Indian laws including Consumer Protection Act 2019, E-Commerce Rules 2020, Legal Metrology Act 2009, and IT Act 2000.
GST Compliance
Valid GSTIN required. Sellers must file GST returns and provide tax invoices for all transactions.
Product Accuracy
Listings must accurately describe the product including images, specifications, prices, and availability.
Fulfilment
Orders must be shipped within the committed timeframe. Repeated delays may result in penalties or suspension.
Customer Service
Sellers must respond to buyer queries and handle returns per Platform policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Platform — including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content — is owned by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Laabam brand, logo, and associated marks are our exclusive property.
Seller Content
Sellers retain ownership of their product content (images, descriptions). By listing on the Platform, sellers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their content solely for Platform operations.
User Content
You retain ownership of reviews, ratings, and feedback you submit. You grant us a license to display this content publicly on the Platform.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Platform responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- ✕ Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products on the Platform.
- ✕ Manipulating reviews, ratings, or search results.
- ✕ Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.
- ✕ Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
- ✕ Scraping, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or data-mining the Platform.
- ✕ Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties or reselling access.
- ✕ Circumventing Platform fees, commissions, or policies.
- ✕ Uploading malicious content, malware, or infringing material.
- ✕ Impersonating another person, entity, or Laabam.Shop representative.
⚠️ Important
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, at our sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
ℹ️ Note
Laabam.Shop provides a marketplace platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Platform.
- • We are not liable for product quality, description accuracy, or seller fulfilment.
- • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Laabam.Shop in the 12 months preceding any claim.
- • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
12. Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Pending orders will be fulfilled. Wallet balances, if any, may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
ℹ️ Note
Your data will be retained for 30 days following account termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before closure.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- • We will notify registered users via email at least 15 days before changes take effect.
- • We may display a prominent banner notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- 1. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- 2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
- 3. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
