Data Deletion

Laabam.Shop is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We respect your right to control your personal data. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable privacy regulations, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform at any time.

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently erase the following data associated with your account:

For Seller Accounts, we additionally delete:

• • Store name, description, logo, and banner images.
• • Product listings, inventory data, and uploaded product images.
• • Sales analytics, revenue reports, and dashboard data.
• • KYC documents (subject to legal retention — see Section 6).

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete. If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request within the first 7 days by logging in and clicking "Cancel Deletion".

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request:

Any retained data is kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

Laabam.Shop integrates with various third-party services. When you delete your data from Laabam.Shop:

• ✓ We revoke all OAuth tokens (e.g., Google login), meaning Laabam.Shop can no longer access your linked accounts.
• ✓ We delete all locally stored data received from third-party APIs.
• ✓ We notify Razorpay to disassociate your payment data from our merchant account.
• △ Data transmitted to logistics partners for completed deliveries may be retained by those partners per their policies.
• △ We cannot delete data from sellers' own systems — contact them directly if needed.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian regulations, you have the right to:

• 1. Request Access — Obtain a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• 2. Request Correction — Update or correct any inaccurate personal data.
• 3. Request Deletion — Have all your personal data permanently deleted.
• 4. Withdraw Consent — Revoke consent for data processing at any time.
• 5. Nominate — Appoint someone to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.
• 6. File Grievance — Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India.

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we verify your identity before processing:

Please understand the following before submitting a deletion request:

• ✕ Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered.
• ✕ All pending orders will be cancelled (refunds processed per our Refund Policy).
• ✕ Seller accounts: all active product listings will be deactivated immediately.
• ✕ Any wallet balance or store credits will be forfeited.
• ✕ You will lose access to all order history, invoices, and download links.
• ✕ Reviews and ratings you submitted will be anonymised or removed.
• ✕ Coupons, loyalty points, and referral credits will be permanently lost.
• ✕ You can create a new account later, but no previous data will be restored.
