1. Overview

Laabam.Shop partners with multiple logistics providers to deliver products across India. Since products are sold by independent third-party sellers, shipping timelines and charges may vary by seller, product, and destination.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India, including:

Metro Cities

Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad

Tier 2 & 3 Cities

Jaipur, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Indore, Nagpur, Bhopal, Kochi, and 500+ cities

Rural & Remote Areas

Serviceable via India Post and partner couriers. Longer delivery times may apply.

Delivery availability is verified at checkout using your PIN code. If your area is not serviceable, you'll be notified before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Sellers typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order every step of the way:

You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order ID.

Shipped

Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number and courier partner details.

In Transit

Track your package in real time from the My Orders section of your account.

Out for Delivery

You'll be notified when the package is on the delivery vehicle in your area.

Delivered

Confirmation notification with delivery proof (where available).

You can also track your order by entering the tracking number on the courier partner's website directly.

6. Multi-Seller Orders

If your order contains items from multiple sellers, each seller ships independently. You may receive multiple packages at different times.

  • â€ĸ Each shipment has its own tracking number.
  • â€ĸ Shipping charges are calculated per seller.
  • â€ĸ Delivery dates may differ for each package.
  • â€ĸ You can track each shipment separately from My Orders.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics partners follow this process:

Attempt 1

Standard delivery attempt at your provided address. If you're unavailable, the courier will call you.

Attempt 2

Second attempt within 1–2 business days. You may receive an SMS to reschedule.

Attempt 3

Final attempt. If unsuccessful, the package is returned to the seller.

  • ✓ Prepaid orders: Full refund initiated after package is returned to seller.
  • ✓ COD orders: Order cancelled automatically with no charge.

8. Address Changes

Before Dispatch

You can update your delivery address from the order details page before the seller dispatches the shipment. Changes are reflected immediately.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, address changes are not possible. If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. You can coordinate directly with the courier partner using the tracking details.

Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate before confirming your order. Incorrect details may lead to failed deliveries and delays.

9. Packaging & Handling

We ensure your products are delivered safely:

  • ✓ Products are securely packed by sellers to prevent damage during transit.
  • ✓ Fragile items receive additional protective packaging (bubble wrap, foam).
  • ✓ Electronics come with tamper-proof seals where applicable.
  • ✓ Gift wrapping may be available for select products (see product page).

If you receive a package that appears damaged from the outside, please take photos before opening and report immediately via My Orders.

10. Restricted Products

Certain products have shipping restrictions due to safety regulations:

  • â–ŗ Flammable liquids and aerosols — may be restricted for air transport.
  • â–ŗ Lithium batteries — ground shipping only to certain regions.
  • â–ŗ Perishable goods — limited to nearby PIN codes with cold chain support.
  • â–ŗ Hazardous materials — restricted under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
  • â–ŗ Oversized items — may require special logistics and additional charges.

If your order is affected by shipping restrictions, the seller will notify you and offer alternatives or a cancellation option.

11. International Shipping

Laabam.Shop currently ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding to select countries — stay tuned for updates!
